Volts-IQ Release
In 2006 Microsoft entered into the world of Robotics by announcing their development of Microsoft Robotic Studio, a platform providing services for robotic system development. Braintech quickly partnered up with Microsoft to create a Vision guidance service for the studio called Volts-IQ. This service offers the same breaking edge vision enabling technologies developed for industrial situations to any Microsoft Robotic Studio user.
Now thanks to the Microsoft Robotic Studio partner program, Braintech is able to provide Microsoft with the unique and extremely valuable ability to guide any Microsoft Robotics Studio compatible robot using a USB web-cam, Wi-Fi or Blue-Tooth camera.
